Remarkable City worked with Medway Council to establish an external investment service

Remarkable City helped Medway to establish a new External Investment service based on a set of objectives and criteria. It included steps for how to prioritise and then apply for central government regeneration and economic development grants.

Remarkable City supported Medway on two Levelling Up Fund (LUF) bids and with how to best use the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) to deliver against Medway’s strategic objectives. We also led on how to ensure the function supports Medway in addressing the climate emergency, providing valuable updates to contribute to the success of the Medway’s internal Climate Finance Board.

This led to Medway being in a better position to pursue high return funding applications.
